Nice people to deal with...

The service was incredible. I am a travel nurse and I had a belt go due to a bearing and a pulley malfunctioning I called them I was in a panic they got me right in, parts came in first thing in the morning they completed the repair test drove the vehicle and I was on the road again, they were courteous respectful, pleasant, efficient !!! I can’t say enough good things about this business I live in Maine used to live in Connecticut. If ever I need work done on my RV which I use for work I will absolutely call Cusson Automotive. I was totally impressed in every way I can’t thank them enough. Do yourself or favor, Cusson Automotive Will have you back on the road!!! Once again Cusson Automotive comes through. Had two major issues with my 2016 Toyota Tundra. I didn’t realize how badly the truck was driving until I picked it up from them after fixing it. What a difference! Their communication is good and very friendly. I just couldn’t imagine having this much trust in any other mechanic. And forget about taking it to a dealership. At no point have I felt talked down to. I’m a female and male mechanics can be worst when it comes to that. Not these guys though. Thanks Dan and Don!

I brought my 2002 RV in for some alignment work. I spoke with Don, the owner. He had a thorough examination and evaluation done and recommended the best course of action to take on the repairs and upgrades. I was very impressed with the level of expertise on his part as well as all of the staff at the location. The work was done well and on time to get me back into the unit. I would and will HIGHLY recommend this company. If there are future needs to my RV unit I know I will seek to bring it to this location. Thank You Don and staff.
