While you are certainly good mechanics, your communication skills were non existent. Maybe other customers don't have a problem with a surprise bill over $500 but I do. While I applaud you for correcting my son's flawed ignition problem, I needed to know what your game plan was and if there were any options or suggestions available to me. You should not assume that your customers grant you carte blanc with your service.
