John, I have looked into your last visit with us and looked at the work you wanted. Parts acquisition did take time do to the application. we did discuss the other repairs on the vehicle but we agreed that the engine needed to run correctly first. I did find that you were over charged on two filters that were replaced on your vehicle. No excuse for an over charge other than I can say we had computer software issues for two days that gave us fits with paper work. We thought all the problems were caught, obviously not. Cusson Automotive strives to do the best and be the best at what we do, however there can be times things happen. I will be sending you a check back to straighten out the over charged parts with our apologizes.

Pete Thanks for the nice comment and noticing that we try to take care of emergencies in a timely manner. As a business owner I know the cost of a sales person's vehicle not being on the road.

Jim We like taking care of fleets but mostly the individuals and family members that have come to us for years make us feel like the old corner garage.
