I HAD A BAD TIRE (SIDE WALL BROKEN) THAT STARTED LEAKING AIR ON MY TRIP BACK TO VA FROM BOSTON. I WAS LUCKY TO STOP AND FIND CUSSON AUTOMOYIVE. EVERYONE I DEALT WITH WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WORKED ME IN TO THEIR BUSY SCHEDULE AND FOUND THE PROBLEM THAT REQUIRED MOUNTING MY SPARE. I WAS BACK ON THE ROAD IN APPROXIMATELY AN HOUR. THIS WAS NOT A BIG REPAIR AS THEY HAD MANY REPAIR AND MAINTENTANCE JOBS UNDERWAY. THEY TREATED ME AS IF I WERE A LONG TIME CUSTOMER WITH THEIR PROMPT ATTENTION TO MY TIRE PROBLEM. THANKS TO EVERYONE FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE MECHANIC THAT GOT ME BACK ON THE ROAD.

Having peace of mind in that your not being overcharged, or having additional services added is a wonderful feeling to have with your mechanic. I own a mobile grooming business and my van (and its generator) is my lifeline. At Cusson they get me in very quickly, take care of the problem, and charge reasonable prices. I wouldn't consider bringing my van anywhere else.

I brought my car in for service. They called me and gave me a detailed cost and what needed to be done and why. Car was ready on time, price was exactly what was quoted. Cusson Automotive is honest and thorough. I would not take my auto anywhere else! I trust them 100%.

excellent customer service...identified other problems/issues with my car..concerned about safety with driving the car and provided me with pointers to keep car running well and provided future ckpoints to keep car well maintained. A big plus..they washed the car and it was dirty..saved me money amd labor with that alone! Chuck was well versed in car repairs and mainrenance; additionally Cusson's was the only car service company that was able to repair my car..had unique computer problem that plagued me for almost 2 yrs. I'm a new customer that will continue doing business with them and spread the news to friends and family. Thanks, Chuck...
